Women: 25 grams
Men: 38 grams
Kids: Their age is + 5 grams
How Can I Tell How Much Fiber Is In Food?
You can find out how much fiber are in most foods by reading the Nutrition Facts label on any packaged foods you eat
Some foods that are high in fiber include:
- Lentils-1 cup=15.6 grams of fiber
- black beans
- bran flakes
- whole wheat spaghetti
- pears-1 medium=5.5 grams
